What Is Covered Under DriveCare?
The mechanical and electrical items listed below are covered under your DriveCare Warranty when terms and conditions are fully complied with.
Engine Components
Cylinder block, cylinder bores and liners, crankshaft, main bearings, big end bearings, oil pump, con-rods, pistons, piston rings, cylinder head, rocker shaft, rockers, hydraulic lifters, camshaft & followers, push rods, inlet & exhaust valves, valve springs, cylinder head gasket, inlet manifold, timing gears, timing chains, flex plate, flywheel.
Manual & Automatic Gearbox
Manual: Gears and gear clusters, selectors and shafts, synchromesh assemblies, ball and roller bearings, needle bearings, bushes and transfer gears. Automatic: Governor, valve block, oil pump, gears, brake bands, clutches, seals, servos, shafts, bearings and bushes, modulator valve.
Differential & Drive System
Internal shafts, bearings and bushes, thrust washers, spacers and bevel gears. Planetary gear assembly, crown wheel and pinion assembly. Front & Rear Wheel Drive: Drive shafts, universal joints, couplings, CV joints, half shafts and bearings.
Clutch & Braking System
Clutch: Clutch plate, pressure plate, release thrust bearing, oil contamination (centre plate only), master and slave cylinders, clutch cable and damper. Brakes: Brake master cylinder.
Engine Cooling & Electrical
Engine Cooling: Water pump and cooling system components. Electrical System: Starter motor and alternator responsible for main electrical charge and engine ignition.

As a customer, you have rights under statute when a problem arises, and this DriveCare warranty does not limit those rights. Guidance and further information on your statutory rights may be obtained from your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).
How to Make a DriveCare Claim
Follow these 6 simple steps if your vehicle experiences a breakdown or component failure.
Establish Part Coverage
Check your warranty leaflet or agreement to ensure the part causing the mechanical or electrical failure is covered.

Call direct on 02392 378474. Please have your vehicle registration and exact mileage ready so our team can process your request quickly.
Warranty Validity Confirmation
Our DriveCare Team will verify your policy details and guide you on the appropriate steps for repair authorisation. (Note: Repairs must not be started without prior authorisation).
Diagnosis & Repair Schedule
We will arrange a convenient date and time for diagnostics and repairs to be carried out at our RightDrive Service Centre.
Authorised Repair Work
Our master technicians inspect and complete the necessary work, using genuine or approved reconditioned/exchanged parts.
Back on the Road
Once testing is complete, your vehicle is handed back fully inspected and ready for the road.
